Building Awareness for a Physical Therapy Practice

Riverbend Physical Therapy had a clear mission: to help patients recover from injury and regain mobility. However, their challenge was awareness. Competing against larger regional providers, their clinic wasn’t showing up prominently online. Potential patients were often unaware of the services they offered, even in their own neighborhood.
Brummble stepped in to build a stronger digital foundation. We started with a series of professional videos introducing the therapists, explaining treatment approaches, and showcasing real patient success stories. These videos were integrated into a refreshed website and shared on social media platforms.
To drive awareness, we implemented a mix of Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. These ads targeted local audiences with messages around injury recovery, sports rehab, and preventive therapy. In addition, we set up a blog featuring articles about everyday wellness, stretching techniques, and injury prevention, positioning Riverbend as an authority in their field.
The results were significant. Website traffic increased by 65% in the first quarter, and new patient intake rose steadily. The ads proved especially effective, with many new patients mentioning they had seen Riverbend online before booking an appointment. By combining storytelling, education, and targeted advertising, Brummble gave Riverbend the visibility it needed to grow.
