IronChiro - Rebranding to Unlock New Growth

The Challenge
IronChiro, formerly Irondequoit Chiropractic Center, had been serving the community since 1996. Despite its longevity, the practice hit a growth ceiling. It remained stable but wasn’t attracting new patients. The brand itself felt dated and didn’t align with the new owner’s vision for a modern, full-body care practice with expanded services.

The Brummble Solution
Brummble proposed a full strategic rebrand to reinvigorate growth. This included renaming the practice to IronChiro, designing a modern logo, and launching a new website. To power the brand, Brummble focused on video marketing. Regular onsite shoots captured authentic patient interactions and highlighted the doctors’ expertise. These videos became the centerpiece of a multi-channel marketing strategy, fueling social media campaigns, digital ads, and the refreshed website.
The Results
The transformation paid off quickly. IronChiro went from stagnation to seeing 80–90 new patients every month. Video storytelling not only built credibility with prospective patients but also provided ongoing fuel for digital campaigns. The practice moved from surviving to thriving, with the rebrand opening the door to consistent, measurable growth.
